These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MS Companion (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Medical Disclaimer
MS Companion is a wellness and self-tracking tool and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not provide medical advice. Never disregard or delay seeking advice from a qualified healthcare provider because of something you read or recorded in the app. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Subscriptions and Billing
The Service offers a subscription with a free trial period. After the trial, your subscription will renew automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
If you subscribe through a mobile app store, billing and cancellation may be handled by that store and subject to its terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the Service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the data and content you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MS Companion is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
